Warm outbound engineering studio

Warm outbound that fills the pipeline — and still sounds human.

Mako is a done-with-you outbound engine: we qualify, warm, and send one by one — the system runs the busywork, a human sends every message. Your CRM and AI workflows plug into the same engine, and you own all of it.

The GTM stack I build on

Clayn8nHubSpotApolloClaudeApifyMake

You've patched GTM tools before

Here's why it didn't stick.

Fragmented tools

Clay, Apollo, a CRM, three point tools — none of them talk, and the handoffs leak.

Manual outbound

Sourcing, enrichment, and personalization done by hand, stuck in one person's head.

A CRM you can't trust

Messy stages and half-built workflows, so nobody believes the pipeline number.

AI that's never wired in

Everyone talks about AI for GTM. Almost nobody has it actually running in the motion.

The difference

Advice you can't ship vs. systems that run.

The typical consultant

  • Sells you a strategy deck
  • Hands over recommendations and playbooks
  • Tells you what you should do
  • Leaves you to build it — or not

Mako

  • Builds the outbound engine, live
  • Wires and cleans up your CRM + RevOps
  • Ships the AI workflows that kill the busywork
  • Hands it over — you own the system

What I build

One outbound engine — and the systems that feed it.

01

Outbound engine

Targeting, enrichment, qualification, and warm one-by-one messaging — the system that fills the pipeline without hiring more SDRs, and without blasting your list.

02

RevOps + CRM

Clean sales stages, lifecycle logic, dashboards, and the integrations that hold your GTM stack together — so you can finally trust the numbers.

03

AI automation

Practical AI workflows for account research, lead scoring, personalization, call prep, CRM updates, and follow-up — built on Claude, not hype.

Why Mako

A builder, not another advisor.

One system

Outbound, CRM, and AI wired together — not five tools that don't talk.

You own it

Done-with-you and handed over. No lock-in, no rented black box.

I build the tooling

Not just wiring off-the-shelf tools — I build what they can't do.

Built, not borrowed

Real projects you can read.

Most GTM engineers wire together off-the-shelf tools. Here's some of what I've shipped and open-sourced — the same tooling I build into your outbound engine.

How we work

Built with you. Then handed over.

01

Diagnose

Map your GTM motion, funnel, CRM, tools, data, and the bottlenecks quietly killing pipeline.

02

Design

Prioritize the highest-leverage systems — outbound, enrichment, RevOps, AI workflows, reporting.

03

Build

Ship the workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations — done-with-you, on the best stack.

04

Own it

Your team learns to run and extend the system. You own it. I stay on call for upgrades, not maintenance.

Operator note

Outbound is where most GTM still breaks — done by hand, stuck in one person's head, or blasted so hard it burns the list. Mako fixes that: warm outbound that runs as a system, a CRM you can trust, and AI workflows that kill the busywork — engineered, and yours to own.

I'm Valdeir — the GTM engineer behind Mako, building on Claude Code, n8n, Clay, and Apify, based in Ireland: European timezone, GDPR-native delivery, comfortable US-afternoon overlap. I work with two to three B2B SaaS teams at a time so the work stays sharp and the system actually transfers ownership.

Questions

The questions I get asked the most.

What does a GTM engineer actually do?+

I build the systems that generate revenue — enrichment, outbound sequences, lead routing, CRM automation, and the integrations that hold your GTM stack together. Strategy that actually ships, not slides.

How is this different from a sales consultant?+

Consultants sell you a strategy deck and leave. I build the system and hand it over. You end up with working automations your team owns — not homework.

Do you just wire together off-the-shelf tools?+

No — I build the tooling too. I run a full outbound engine with AI-written personalization and custom enrichment scrapers, so I'm not limited to what Clay or Apollo ship.

How do engagements work?+

In focused increments, not a big-bang delivery. We start with the highest-leverage system, get it live and working, then build out from there — so you see results early and only scale what works. You own everything at the end.

Do you replace our SDRs or RevOps hire?+

No. I build the system that makes them far more effective — so you grow pipeline without growing headcount. Your humans get the selling back.

Where are you based?+

Navan, Ireland — 30 minutes from Dublin. European timezone with a comfortable US-afternoon overlap, and GDPR-native delivery: your data stays on infrastructure you own, in the region you choose.

Ready to build your outbound engine?

A fifteen-minute call to see if there's a fit — no deck, no proposal, just a conversation about where your pipeline leaks.
